In a significant step toward promoting moral values and responsible behaviour among young people, Justice Nanda has officially launched a new Gita book, encouraging the youth to understand the deep teachings of the ancient scripture. The Gita, known for its timeless wisdom, continues to guide people in making the right choices, understanding their duties and living a balanced, ethical life. Justice Nanda’s message during the launch event strongly focused on ethical living, youth empowerment, moral values, and mental discipline, which are essential in today’s fast-changing world.

The book launch ceremony attracted students, educators, scholars and community leaders who appreciated the initiative. Justice Nanda highlighted how the Bhagavad Gita is not just a religious text, but a life guide that helps individuals face challenges with courage and clarity. The teachings of Lord Krishna about duty, righteousness and self-control are still relevant for the present generation.

A Call for Youth to Embrace Moral Values

While addressing the audience, Justice Nanda said that today’s youth faces enormous pressure—academic stress, career competition, social expectations and digital distractions. In such a situation, the right direction can play a big role in improving decision-making. He stated that ethical living and moral discipline are the foundations of a strong society. By reading and understanding the Gita, young people can learn how to manage emotions, reduce anxiety and build confidence.

He also emphasised that ethical values like truth, compassion, honesty and responsibility are needed more than ever. These values shape character and help young minds grow with stability. He explained that the Gita teaches individuals to focus on their duties without worrying too much about the results. This principle, he said, builds patience and helps in achieving long-term success.

The Gita as a Guide for Modern Life

Justice Nanda thoughtfully explained that the Gita, despite being centuries old, is a powerful guide for today’s generation. It teaches the importance of self-awareness, right action, and clear thinking, which are essential skills in modern life. Whether it is dealing with stress, staying focused on goals, or making ethical choices, the Gita offers practical solutions.

He pointed out that understanding Dharma—one’s rightful duty—helps youth stay committed to constructive paths. By following Dharma, a person becomes more disciplined, responsible and honest. Justice Nanda believes that if the youth adopt such values, society will become more peaceful and progressive.

Promoting Youth Empowerment Through Knowledge

Justice Nanda also highlighted that youth must be empowered through knowledge and wisdom. He encouraged educational institutions to introduce value-based learning, especially teachings from the Gita. He said that moral education is not only about reading books but also about applying those lessons in real life. Discipline, self-control, kindness and respect for others are habits that make a person strong from within.

He urged the youth to read at least one shloka or verse from the Gita every day. Regular reading, he said, increases mental strength and helps in staying calm even during difficult times. He also explained that the teachings of Lord Krishna help in developing clarity of thought, which is necessary for decision-making.

Importance of Ethical Living in Today’s World

Justice Nanda’s speech underlined that ethical living is not a choice but a necessity. Corruption, dishonesty, violence and social conflicts are increasing in many parts of the world. For a peaceful society, it is important that the youth understand what is right and wrong. The Gita’s teachings offer practical directions on choosing truth, practising patience and respecting others.

He encouraged families and teachers to motivate children to learn values from an early age. He also said that ethical living helps build strong communities, reduces conflicts and creates trust among people. A society where people follow values such as honesty, responsibility and kindness grows faster and becomes more stable.

A Strong Message for a Better Future

The Gita book launched by Justice Nanda aims to make ancient wisdom accessible to everyone, especially young readers. The book uses simple language and clear explanations, making it easy to understand. Justice Nanda hopes that this book will reach schools, colleges and libraries so that more young people can benefit from its teachings.

He concluded by saying that when youth adopt ethical living and moral values, they become strong leaders of tomorrow. They contribute to building a better, more responsible and more compassionate world. He encouraged everyone to take inspiration from the Gita and apply its lessons to everyday life.
